A mysterious new group has recently become known to certain people and even the emperor knows of them, they are a rogue group of underground military police styled hunters. They call themselves the X-Laws, and while little is known about them, they have several members whom are powerful and could be formidable enemies if someone fought them.
While the X-Laws overall motives and method of operation is shady and sometimes direct, and their motives can be unknown at times, they are very efficient and get the job done. Recently one of the X-Laws, Sato Kyouta and his sister or friend Seto Beca met a Flame Haze turned Bounty Hunter named Obsidian. After a long battle, Kyouta decided to talk to the hunter and after doing so discovered they had a common Enemy, Yohko R. Peruquit, a ruthless criminal.
Kyouta had a small mission with Obsidian and Beca was along, they decided to join forces against Yohko, and after several meetings, Obsidian became fond of Beca, in fact Beca became fond of Obsidian as well.
Time passed, and Yohko dropped off the grid, possibly gone into hiding, but Kyouta continued his missions as an X-Law and Beca stuck around Obsidian. Things were quiet and they liked it that way, till one day Beca was associated with a criminal named Tsukahara Isamu, and when Obsidian found out, she was not happy at all.
Obsidian almost killed Isamu several times, but that is another story, who are these X-Laws? are they new allies of justice? or are they a new form of vigilantism?
